The AMMA oversees the Alvin-Manvel Helping Hands program. This program administrates the collection and distribution of funds to the needy of our community.
The Alvin Food Pantry is operated by the First Christian Church of Alvin. The AMMA helps oversee the operation of this important ministry to our community.
Annual AMMA events include: - Good Friday service
- Easter Sunrise service
- Participation in the High School Baccalaureate service
- Thanksgiving Service
- Christmas Walk-a-Mile
